We enjoyed our stay here, especially the clean lines and modern decor of our room. Loved that we could explore nearby water adventures while biking from the hotel. It was also great to have a space that welcomed our son and his autism support dog comfortably.
In my wife’s opinion, better customer service is needed. Family-friendly amenities would be ideal, especially for larger gatherings.

Great location and helpful staff!
We had a wonderful time exploring the area, thanks to the hotel's fantastic location just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff, especially Luis, were incredibly accommodating, helping us with our bags and providing great recommendations. However, the noise from the bar at night was a bit disruptive for a restful night's sleep.

We walked to the beach and hit up a nearby bar. Plus, using the free beach cruisers made exploring so easy. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn't clean your room daily, so keep that in mind when you book!
We had some noise issues from the bar downstairs, which made it tough to sleep at times. Luckily, they provided earplugs, but it was still a bit disruptive.

Family with children will love it!
The staff was warm and welcoming, felt like we were with old friends, right from the breakfast. They even surprised us with a bottle of prosecco for my birthday! It was a nice touch that you don’t get everywhere!
Wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.
